Biscayne National Park - Tropics![]() The true tropics are found between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn (22.5 degrees North and South latitude, respectively). Biscayne National Park lies at approximately 25 degrees North latitude, and so is technically subtropical, though the warm, northward-flowing waters of the Gulf Stream do have a significant impact on the climate of the Southeast Florida Coast. |
