Oxbow Campground
Description:
Take California Highway 78to approximately 3 miles south of Palo Verde,California. Turn east onto gravel road at sign marked"Colorado River". Oxbow is 3/4 mile east of Hwy 78.
Directions:
RV and tent campingsites, boat launch, and day use area on old river channel(oxbow) of the Colorado River. Site is heavily used onsummer and holiday weekends, and is popular withwinter visitors.
