
Click here for more cabin information and maps. Cabin is equipped with wooden bunks, table, benches, oil stove for heat, and an outhouse. It does not have mattresses or cooking utensils. Cabin users should bring their own sleeping bags, pads, cook stoves, cooking gear and food. This cabin is the north end of a A-frame duplex cabin on the Dangerous River. Access by floatplane or boat. This cabin is in a designated Wilderness area, and access by helicopter is illegal. Effective November 17, 2003, reservations for Alaska cabins will be subject to a new policy allowing only one change per reservation. A change in reservation is defined as a modification to the start or end date of the reservation. After one change has been made, if additional changes are desired, the customer must cancel the reservation and at a later time, re-book the new dates. This policy has been established to assure that reservations for cabins are fair and equitable for everyone.
Same day reservations are allowed for this cabin. Occasionally poor weather may extend your stay. Cabin users should be prepared for this. There are No discounts for Golden Age and Golden Access Passports for Alaska cabin rentals. The person holding the reservation must be 18 and must be a member of the party using the cabin. Use of this cabin by a commercial operator, such as an outfitter or guide, is NOT allowed. Reservations are restricted to a maximum stay of 7 consecutive nights per party for any one reservation May 1 - September 30 and a maximum stay of 10 consecutive nights per party October 1- April 30. All garbage and food must be packed out.

Access by wheeled plane to 1800' airstrip at cabin, 1/4 mile trail to cabin from the end of Forest Hwy 10. Harlequin Lake is 1 mile by trail from cabin. Cabin is a duplex that includes Harlequin Lake South Cabin.
