
"Oakland Park is open on a first come - first serve basis for the 2009 season, the park is not accepting advance reservations this is due to rehab and construction work being performed in our campgrounds caused by natural disasters. Oakland Campground located on Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas. Bull Shoals Lake has great appeal to the sportsmen, bird watchers, Oakland/Ozark Isle is located on Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas. The lake is known for its exceptional water quality and naturalist, or those who just want to outstanding fisheries. The wooded shoreline and undeveloped nature of the lake offers visitors a remote experience, with modern services. The campground features flush toilets, warm showers, developed swimming area, boat launching ramps, group picnic shelter, and playgrounds.

The campground is open year round and fees are charged Apr-Oct. Sites range from $8-$14/night. A group shelter is available for $40/day. Attendants are on duty from 10am-9pm and the campground telephone number is (870) 431-5744. There is a minimum 2-day stay on weekends (Fri & Sat) and a 3 day stay on holiday weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
