Dogtown Lake Group Area (AZ) Williams AZ 86046 In Williams, turn South on 4th Street (County Rd 73) and go 4 mile to FR 140. Turn left onto FR 140 for 3 miles to FR 132, then turn left on FR 132 and follow it to the campground. FR 140 is a high use road and can become rough during the peak season.
