Campground located on the shores of a mountain lake in a Ponderosa pine forest. Handicapped fishing pier available. Easy shoreline trail for fishing access. Toilets and potable water on site. Interpretive programs on some weekends. See camp host for details. Fires in fire circles only.

O'haver Lake Campground Alerts

Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends. This campground has first-come, first-serve sites. The road to the campground and lake has a number of sharp curves and campers towing large trailers should use caution when navigating the road. A fee of $5 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. All pets must be kept on a leash. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. Limited water available - no water hookups Maximum 8 persons per site (except for group campgrounds) Quiet Hours 10 pm to 6 am Check in : 2 pm checkout is 12 pm

Ohaver Lake (CO) SALIDA RANGER DISTRICT Salida CO 81201 From Salida, Colorado, travel west on Highway 50 to Poncha Springs. Turn south on Hwy 285 for 5 miles. Turn right and go west on County Road 200 for 2.3 miles. Go west on County Road 202 for 2.5 miles.
