Olive Ridge Campground Description

Located 14 miles south of the main entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park at Estes Park, Colorado. at an elevation of 8,350 feet. Campground is 100 yards South of the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway and one mile south of the of the Wild Basin entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The picturesque town of Estes Park provides full services. Playground and amphitheater on site. Campground is in a generally flat, mixed conifer and aspen forest. There is mixed sun and shade.

Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. 2 night min. stay on weekends, 3 night on holidays. No universally accessible facilities. 14 day stay limit within 60 day period. This campground has First-come, First-served sites. Water spigots located in central locations throughout campground.

Olive Ridge (CO) ARAPAHO AND ROOSEVELT CO The campground is located on Highway 7 between Allenspark and Meeker Park at mile marker 14. It is approximately six miles north of the intersection of Highways 7 and 72, or approximately 15 miles south of Estes Park, 29 miles north of Nederland and 20 miles west-northwest of Lyons.
