Stillwater (colorado) Campground Description

Located in north central Colorado, 6 miles southwest of Grand Lake. Campground is adjacent to Lake Granby. Facilities include restrooms, showers and a boat ramp. There is an amphitheater on site with weekend interpretive programs. Some sites have electric hook-ups. Frequent afternoon thundershowers. Tents on tent pads only.

Stillwater (colorado) Campground Alerts

Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, 3 night on holidays. This campground is within a National Recreation Area, which has an entry fee in addition to the camping fees you are paying now. Passes can be purchased on site and are one day ($5), three day ($10), week ($15) or annual ($30). Golden Eagle, Age, and Access passports are valid for admission. For more information call (970) 887-4100. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Sites must be occupied the 1st night. Sites may be available on a first come - first served basis outside the reservation season. Water spigots are at central locations throughout campground *Sites are able to fit 1 large tent or 2 men tents* Due to the pine beetle infestation and removal of hazard trees, there is little or no shade in the campground.
