Stanley Lake Campground Description

Nearby is Elk Meadow which offers Wildlife viewing frequently. Next to sites 3 and 4 is scenic overlook. Overlook has view of Mcgowan Peak and Stanley Lake. Artists frequently visit overlook to paint pictures. 19 sites. No pay phone in campground. Campground open prior to and after reservation dates on a first come first serve basis, as weather permits.

Stanley Lake Campground Alerts

Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. *Reservations are NOT transferable.* Occupy site within 24 hours or forfeit. No refunds for bad weather. Must bring reservation confirmation to the campground. All single sites have a maximum number of 8 people and 2 vehicles. Double sites have a maximum of 16 people and 4 vehicles. Fee includes 1 vehicle per single site and two vehicles per double site. An extra vehicle fee will need to be paid at the campground for the 2nd vehicle at single sites and the 3rd and 4th vehicles at the double sites.
