Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This site holds 70 people. Call (505) 682-7570 prior to arrival to get the lock combination to enter tne campground. There is no public phone. Fire restrictions may apply. Fees: 1-30 people: $75/night; 31-70 people: $100/night.

Lower Fir Group Area (NM) PO BOX 836 Cloudcroft NM 88317 From Alamogordo take US 82 east, go 17 miles, just past Cloudcroft. Turn left (northwest) onto NM 244. Go approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Forest Road 422. Go approximately 1/4 mile. Campground is on the left.
