Coal Heritage Trail

Description:

In the southern part of the state between Beckley, Welch and Bluefield.

Directions:

From the north:
Take I-77 south to the Harper Road Exit in Beckley, and then turn east. Take Harper Road northeast to Ewart Avenue and turn left. The Beckley Exhibition is on the right side of the road.

From the south:
Take I-77 north to the first exit in West Virginia and turn west. Take US 460 west to Bluefield. Turn right onto US 52 to the Eastern Regional Coal Archives.

From the west:
Take I-64 to I-77 south. Take I-77 south to the Harper Road Exit in Beckley, and then turn east. Take Harper Road northeast to Ewart Avenue and turn left. The Beckley Exhibition is on the right side of the road.

From the east:
Take I-64 west to I-77 north to Harper Road. Take Harper Road northeast to Ewart Avenue and turn left. The Beckley Exhibition is on the right side of the road.
