Federal Hall National Memorial
Ranger-led talks describing the history of the site are offered at various times daily. Self-guided tours of the museum are also available. Highlights include the Bible that George Washington used at his Presidential inauguration, a brief video on the important events at the original Federal Hall, and exhibits on the site"s history.

School groups are welcome with advance reservations for tours. Program offerings include "Federal Hall: Birthplace of the Bill of Rights," a Standards-based program appropriate for American History and Government classes. Students will learn about events on the site of Federal Hall that influenced the development of the Bill of Rights, while working towards standards for U.S. and World History, Geography, Economics, and Government. This program can be combined with pre-visit and post-visit lesson plans, available from Federal Hall, to enhance student learning. Alternatively, school groups can tour the museum without a guide at any time. For reservations call 212-825-6888.
