Very light!
You can't even feel that its on. I wear a 34x30 pant and the medium fits me very well. I really like the harness, i also bought the matching chalk bag. My only single complaint is that they didn't put an attachment point on the back for your chalk bag. To solve that problem in going to rig up a little velcro strap. Ive gotten alot of comments on it at the gym, definitely a sharp looking piece of gear,

I wear it for sailing
Excellent harness. I am bowman, on a racing sail boat and I need to wear an a harness for 10 hours while on the water. This harness is so light weight, I don't know that I am even wearing it. As far a durability, I just wore it for a 3 day regatta and I can hardly tell that it has been used, pretty impressive when you think that i am sitting on sandpaper on the deck all day long.

Unbelievable level of COMFORT, super lightweight !!!
I have to say I was a bit skeptical about some of the reviews, but they are true! This harness is extremely lightweight, well built and COMFORTABLE. I can not understate how good it feels - you will forget you have it on! Make sure you measure your waist and legs before you order, they tend to run a bit small. I am a MEDIUM in everything and the LARGE fits me perfect. I also have a Petzl Adjama, an excellent quality harness, but this Arc'teryx S240 harness is simply in a different league. You will love it.. You do not have to mess around with the leg straps as they self-adjust and stay in place, they do not slip down as you move.
