While it seems like every active wear manufacturer has at least a half dozen hoody offerings, Arc'teryx made their Covert Hoody for Women strikingly different with an innovative Polartec Thermal Pro sweater knit fabric. The fabric looks like wool but it's easier to launder and keeps its shape over time. Beneath the sleeves are underarm gussets so you can extend your reach above your head without feeling exposed down along the hem. The Arc'teryx Covert Hoody is functional outerwear for hiking, running and camping in cool weather.

Arc'teryx Hoody
I have had this jacket 12 months and love it. It is extremely warm but I have been really disappointed with the way it has pilled right from the first few wearings. It spoils the smart appearance of the jacket therefore making it less versatile.
