Nylon lined sleeves facilitate donning the jacket, and gives ease of movement. a brushed polyester lining on the body wicks moisture and adds a small degree of insulation

Nice light jacket
This jacket is very light weight and retains warmth in high winds. While not water proof, it is highly water resistant and will keep you fairly dry in light rain. It also feels great.
