Your feet fit the same size boot, but the exterior footprint fits snowboards better, so the boot is lighter and has less bulk; and if you want to ride a board that might drag the toe on your existing boots, Burton's Shrinkage Footprint reduction technology might give you the solution that you need. The traditional lace closure is simple and timeless but integrates with the Burton Flex 1 Liner so you can cinch it up when you need to. We were impressed with how the low profile, lightweight Skate-profile outsole offers a surprising amount of cushion in the EVA when you consider how close your feet feel to your board.
