This shirt comes stiff as a board but a few washes/workdays breaks it in nicely. I'm ordering a second one because I wear my red one so often. Its much heavier weight than anything I've seen at standard men's clothing stores and hence much warmer. I'm a skinny guy 6.1 160 so I wear a medium. The shirt is quite long but the sleeves end at my wrist with my arms at my side. An extra inch on the sleeves or a Medium-Tall size would make the shirt unbeatable.
