Built with 100 cotton sandstone duck and lined with super soft Sherpa, the Sierra Jacket was designed especially for hard working men, with a split back with biswing and pleated elbows for excellent mobility, a drop tail for added coverage and interior ribknit storm cuffs.

Best Jacket I've Owned
I was looking for a jacket to wear in a cold machine shop in MI. I tried on all the Carhartt styles in a local store and liked this one the best. I was afraid it was going to be too warm, but it is great. I am glad I went with the sherpa lined. It is so comfortable, I wear it all the time. I especially like the knit cuffs to keep snow from going up the sleeves and the waist that is not gathered.I wasn't really looking for a jacket with a hood, but I have used and like the hood with this jacket. This was my first purchase from Altrec and I will definately make furture purchases.
