The Carhartt Women's Traditional Fit Boot Cut Canvas jean is rugged enough to handle the toughest jobs. We've triple-stitched the main seams for extra durability. It's made of 8.5 ounce, 100% ring-spun cotton canvas and has a lower mid-rise. A contoured waistband eliminates gapping in back.

Tough work pants
The Carhartt name is well-known for making durable work clothes, and these pants fit that bill. They're thick canvas, no-nonsense pants. I wear them working in the field, sitting and kneeling on rocks all day, or hiking through sage and cactus, and I will never wear anything but my Carhartts when I'm working outside (and inside, too.) They fit loose, but true to size. They can sit a little below the waist or at the hips if you size up.
