Great store great product
The Columbia Men's Wide Coremic Ridge Mid Hiking Boot are the best shoes that I ever owned. The service from ALTREC.COM was better than going to a retail store I will be a return customer for sure.

Good light-duty boot, especially with added insole
This boot has a wider fitting than some Columbia models. The flat foot bed is nothing special. I've added a stiff arch support insole underneath the factory insole, and the result is excellent comfort and support, well worth the extra cost. The flexible lacing system means you can fine-tune the fit as well. With a few tweaks, an excellent boot at the price for light hiking, yard work and city walking as well.

Solid boot all day comfort
I have a wide and large foot and I needed a boot to accommodate both, this is hard to find in most retail stores. Overall I think that this is a solid boot. Set backs to some might be the flexibility of the boot, I find it more comfortable. Also the ventilation on the boot is excellent and the tread pattern on the boot is quite versatile.
