Light weight
I have been looking for good light weight trail shoes for a while. I have relatively narrow heels and a wider forefoot so finding a show with a snug heel and enough room in the toe box is challenging. Currently, I like the way the Lasportiva Crosslites and New Balance 840 fit. Although I haven't run in the Stumptown 8.5 oz yet, when just walking around in them, they don't have the glove like fit that I was hoping for. The heels are snug enough with certain lacing techniques and there seems to be plenty of room in the toe box. In general, although they seem true to size, I need to wear thicker socks with these shoes. I wasn't planning on using them for much longer than 10 milers and for that, they'll probably be fine.

Good Fit, Super light shoe.
I am also going to buy the 10 oz. size!
