Made for dry conditions
Lovely soft top hoodie but does not fair well in wet conditions alone. Not made to be a barrier layer.

Warm if it is not raining
It may not be fair, but the only time I have worn this jacket is in a downpour on Pike's Peak. It seemed to offer zero water resistance and like most waterlogged items it quickly gave little warmth. I would like to try it out in dry cold conditions and see how it would do then.
