The Icebreaker Men's Hopper T is, well, super fine. This performance top will change the way you look at T-shirts. Icebreaker constructed it from lightweight merino wool, which breathes like the dickens, doesn't hold odor, and feels ridiculously soft. But don't be frightened by the woolit is machine washable and won't itch. Wear this regular-fit, raglan-sleeve T-shirt for mountain biking on a summer day, as a base layer while skiing, or around town with friends.
Worth the cost
I now own three different Icebreaker tee's. I've always liked the comfort and fit but recently had a chance to test them on a five day mountain bike ride in the desert. I took a couple along but could have got away with one. They wick dry and don't smell. Worth the cost.
Another great Icebreaker product
I've been using the Hopper shirt for three weeks now, for activities ranging from mowing the grass to 50 mile bike rides and in temperatures ranging from 50 degrees to 95 degrees. This shirt is great - it wicks sweat well, dries relatively fast (not as fast as synthetics, but still much faster than cotton), and as advertised, it really does dramatically cut down on body odor. I really like the styling - its subtle and doesn't look like a technical shirt. Two thumbs up - I'm definitely going to be getting another one.
Wow
I don't own one, but I spent seven days in the jungle of Ecuador with someone who does and he was the only one who didn't smell and he wore the shirt everyday and just rinsed it out in the river. Everybody else either smelled like body odor or mildew after just one day.
