Awesome
Everything about this shirt is great. Love the thumb loops, not itchy at all, great length, beautiful blue. At 5'6" and 120lbs, I probably should have gone with a Medium, but I got the Small and it fits acceptably. It's tough being an in-between size.

Get one
I purchased this for my wife and she loves it. I have the mens version. I am a Smartwool fan but really dig the thumb loops so I have switched to Icebreaker as my base layer of choice. Feels slightly itchy out of the box but I washed it once and that took care of it.

sleeve length
This crew looked great, but the sleeve length was too short, as I have long arms.
