Handy!!!
Great for outdoor photo's when used with the timer. Wraps around tree limbs and sets up level on rocks too. Lets every hiker be in the picture!

Junk!
This is useless for a SLR with a decent lens mounted. The weight rating for this is bogus. When I mounted the camera I could stop it from falling forward. I tried everything to make it work. Buy a real tripod instead!
