I love Keens
As others have said, they are great right out of the box. This is my second pair of Keens. Only this time, I got the right size! I could wear these all day... Hope they hold up in the rain!

Even more comfortable
They redesigned the Richmond. I usually hate when companies do that to a shoe that I love, but this is actually an improvement. The tread is different, seems more like a running shoe. Whatever else they did, it was more comfortable out of the box without the break in time.
