For most of us, Kelty's Light Year 3D 25 is all the sleeping bag that's required for three-season camping, climbing and backpacking. It's an affordable, well-designed, easy-care bag that offers high-end features like a differential cut and ground-level side seams to minimize cold spots and heat loss on frosty nights. The Light Year 3D 25 also has a practical zippered foot vent that makes it easy to cool your toes throughout the warm early hours on a summer evening. The Light Year 3D 25 is easy to clean and repeated washings won't compromise the insulating properties of the Polarguard 3D synthetic fill. It even comes with hang loops for drying. One thing to consider is that Kelty reduced the weight of this highly compressible sleeping bag by extending the side zipper only to the hip.
