Warm comfortable pant
A difficult to find warm and comfortable pant with good stretch.

Great 3.5 season pants
I carefully researched all of the soft shell pants and found that Mammut is the only one to offer both belt loops and suspenders. It is also the only one to offer the wide range of pant lenghts and waist sizes. The Courmayeur pant is the best for late summer early fall alpism or backpacking in a technical pant. So far they are excellent in wind resistance and abrasion resistant. The only place I would not use them is very hot humid conditions where you would not use any technical kind of pant like this.
