First impression: great bag at a great price.
I've tried a couple of different bags for our youth "Trail Guard" outings. I tested this bag lightly layered on a cold, raining Minnesota night with a fan blasting right on me. Very warm and comfortable, and a nice fit. I immediately ordered more.

Weather Tested
Took the bag up into White Mountains, NH this past weekend to try it out. A pretty cool weekend, stayed up at about 2,000 ft, temps probably bottomed around high 30's - mid 40's, rained at night and the bag was great. Highly recommend...
