Great All around jacket!
It is a great jacket that is fitted to a women's figure to a T. It has windproof ability. I love this jacket and highly recommend it!

Great jacket, breathable and really stops the wind!
Yes, the sleeves are a little long, but all things considered I don't think that alone warrants a 2-stars rating or returning.

nice jacket - sleeve's too long. Disappointed with Altrec
I bought this jacket for my girlfriend hoping she would love the versatility of Marmot's M2 series soft shell jackets. Although we both like the feel of the jacket, the sleeves are way too long and look somewhat ridiculous. My disappointment with Altrec is entirely web/advertising related. I ordered this jacket knowing she would love the thumb hole features, located around the wrist, clearly displayed in the item photographs. When we received the jacket we were both extremely disappointed to see the jacket did not have the thumb holes at all. After speaking with Altrec we discovered that the thumb holes are only featured on the '08 jackets and apparently not the '09. of course the photo had not changed on the site. With all this said, the customer service at Altrec has been more than satisfactory. They have been helpful and cooperative throughout the entire process. I am currently in the return process, which seems easy enough thus far. I'm considering getting the marmot gravity jacket instead.
