jacket fit
I have found that the sizes vary greatly for Mountain Hardwear. I ordered the Kramer jacket in xl and it was a little small so I ordered the Escape jacket to replace it thinking the fit in xxl would be good based on the other jacket. It was not, the xxl was huge in comparison. So back goes both jackets.

great jacket for wet weather
The jacket worked great in Ireland. Took a hike one day and it poured rained for 2-3 hours. The only parts that got wet were the parts not covered by the jacket. For colder weather I would recommend a windproof fleece liner.

mens escape jacket
This jacket is perfect. Tough enough to withstand extreme conditions and light enough to wear around when you may need the extra protection. Love it.
