Great in action
This pack is great if used only for backpacking. I would have given it a five but it should be clear that if someone is under the impression they are going to use it for weekend roundtrips or vacation they will most likely be unhappy. This is due to the exodus frame. While great for support and bearing heavy loads, it's cumbersome and hard to just throw in a car or trunk so you may what to keep that in mind.

Splendid
The frame is very rigid and flexible, all the loads hang to both sides of the waist. I recommend this pack for serious backpacker who walks steeper mountains with heavy load. This is a revolutionary designed backpack. To our regret, the agency in Japan doesn't sell. So, I recommend this pack.
