good product
This shirt/jacket wears a little larger than the older version. A little more softer feel on the inside as well (I like). Its going to be perfect for under my shell jacket when I go to Vail!

my favorite walk around shirt
I get a new one every few years to add to the collection. Athletic fit, great look, warm with a long zip to let in air when needed. I wear one all the time around town, walking the dog, to work.

Awesome Cool-Weather Top
I've worn my Transition Zip top, no base layer, on several cool-weather (45-60 degrees F) hikes with extremely impressive results. Despite a good pace, it really wicked the moisture away well; at the same time, though, it easily stops wind gusts. The best of both worlds. Bear in mind that rubbing will degrade the finish, but with such performance, it's worth being extra careful! I highly recommend it.
