comfortable and attractive
I'm glad I ordered this top. It appears thicker but it is still very comfortable. I use it for running. I like the sleeve length as they go past my wrists for colder runs.

form fitting, but NOT compression
I did not purchase this top, because a bit of research told me that it is not the compression-type base layer I'm looking for. The picture they (MH) use is a bit deceptive in that this top looks like it's compression. The Altrec rep I spoke with says it is compression. However, I didn't think it could be true compression because the material is 100% poly. To be true compression, some sort of elastic/stretch material needs to be part of the equation. So I checked with a MH rep and he comfirmed that it is not compression, just a tight-fitting top. (The 3-star rating in this case is simply neutral, as I had to pick one to post this comment.)
