Osprey Packs Talon 44 Backpack
Ideal for ultra light backpacking, adventure racing, and climbing, the Talon 44 Backpack is Osprey's lightest multi-day pack. It still manages to squeeze in plenty of functional features, including a torso adjustable, reinforced suspension, AirScape padded backpanel, and plenty of useful pockets. The Osprey Talon 44 is designed to comfortably carrying loads up to 30 lbs. and includes an easy access hydration sleeve that accommodates reservoirs up to the large, 3-liter size. Although typically reserved for larger, heavier packs, the Talon 44 includes a zippered sleeping bag access for quick packing and unpacking.

- Torso adjustable suspension includes an aluminum headrail with composite side struts and an AirScape backpanel consisting of ridge molded foam and air channels
- Mesh covered, perforated shoulder harness with stretch energy gel pockets. Includes an elastic, stretch sternum strap
- Mesh covered, perforated hipbelt with zippered stretch mesh pockets to keep small essentials handy
- Top loading access to main compartment
- Zippered, floating top pocket with internal stash pocket and key fob

Great Pack. The best I've ever owned!
Seriously, I find a new pocket on this guy everytime I use it. Tons of useful loops and straps all over.

The best pack I've owned
This is by far the sweetest pack I've ever owned. I'm a big Gregory guy, but I'd have to say that this is much lighter than my Shasta, with a lot more convenient pockets and storage. Even the Gregory G-Pack is sweet, but this one has much more to it. I took my Gregory on a month long camp trip to New Zealand, but I needed somthing about half the size and lighter, and this pack was exactly what I was looking for for my short, multi-day trips around the hills of Asheville, N.C. Everything about this pack is sweet, especially for the price. I'd highly recomend it.
