Quality of vest.
I absolutely love this vest. It is the best, stylish fit one could find in a down vest!

nice fit but not on its own for under 32 degrees
A very nice, well fitting attactive item. However, in Washington DC it would not work on its own when it gets much below freezing, even with layers. Nevertheless, I kept it because it was so pretty and fit well. I use it for milder winter days and in fall/early spring, which isn't bad at all.
