An utterly bomber, storm-proof shell, the Patagonia Primo Jacket for Men weighs less than a bowl of slope-side chili. It has clean features, clean lines and a lightweight, though robust 3-layer shell made from 100% stretch-woven nylon with a waterproof/breathable barrier and Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish. All exterior zips include a water-resistant coating for complete protection from wind and snow. The fixed helmet-compatible hood adjusts with a one-handed drawcord pull; it fuses with a tall collar to block chin-chilling spindrift. Internal features include pit zips, a fully-featured zip-away powder skirt that has webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia Ski/Snowboard pants, and two drop-in pockets. The chest pocket has an insulated electronic pocket inside, with interior cable routing for an audio device; two zippered handwarmers round out the features. Pass window under jacket hem.
