No Plumber's Butt!
Finally, I found some bottoms that don't look horrible on me! These hit at the right spot on me. No muffin top & no crack sticking out, even when I bend over! I may buy more.

good enough solid bottom
For patagonia's "fullest coverage bottom" I still feel like quite a bit of my bottom is showing. However, they fit nice through the hips and are true enough to size. I feel that they ride up slightly as I walk, but they seem like I won't have any trouble keeping them up around the waist. I'm keeping them, but ordered a shortie boardie to go over the top.
