The Patagonia extra-long Super Cali Shorts for women are made from 100% organic cotton poplin that's prewashed for superior softness, and feature a wide waistband and roomy legs that won't restrict. With angled front patch pockets, rear patch pockets and a generous cargo pouch at the thigh. Center seam, pockets and hem have double-needle topstitching. Inseam (size 8) is 16", with 5" adjustable cuff hems.

Women's Super Cali Shorts
My favorite shorts! The fabric is lightweight and washes well. They run a bit snug through the hips, so I ordered a size larger. I have a pair in every color.

I am a size 8 and it didn't fit. I Needed a size 10.

Love them!
My favorite summer shorts. I agree they are a slimmer fit. I too am normally an 8 and find the 10s to be a perfect fit.
