Sized for diminutive to small dogs, Ruff Wear's K-9 Overcoat II features a warm 100-weight fleece liner inside a windproof and water-resistant four-ply Taslan shell. It's perfect protection in windy, rainy and snowy conditions on walks or around the yard. Ruff Wear redesigned the Overcoat with a new integrated chest panel and adjustable side release buckles, improving the fit and enhancing the range of motion. Up top you'll find a light loop for Ruff Wear's Beacon a safety light for running and roaming at dawn and dusk.

- XXS measures 11 inches from neck opening; for dogs with a girth no wider than 19 in.

Excellent! It seems like piling on but they really are.
These coats are very well made and warm. I can't imagine a better jacket except maybe the Cloud Chaser by Ruffwear but I haven't actually used one of those.

fits well, worth the money
I ordered this in XS and had to return for the XXS (Ernie weighs 7 lbs). It fits nicely and looks more masculine than many other brands that you find in stores. He is "sassy" and warm
