Decent - for what I paid.
I picked a set of these up in an undisclosed location for 49.99$. Great sound and the SD option is pretty sweet when you don't want to fumble with the Ipod. Only complaint is that everyone I know with a small head can't wear these, they are made for big heads, luckily I have one.
