The North Face Men's TKA Micro 1/4 Zip Pullover
This quarter zip mock turtleneck is a superb layer for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. It has a relaxed cut that layers well beneath a breathable shell or insulated jacket. TKA Microfleece has a thermally efficient design that helps retain heat, but it doesn't bog you down with the excess weight found in other fleece garments with similar insulating performance. The fabric resists pilling and maintains its shape even after repeated washings. Take it up to the mountain for a weekend or a week. Wash it every night, hang it up someplace warm and it will be ready to wear for fresh tracks in the morning.

Once he wears it, he will never take this shirt off
My husband bought two of these shirts over 7 years ago and will not stop wearing them. They are perfect for all seasons & wear and wash well. They still look good after after all these years and being packed and worn for weeks on overseas backing trips. I'm so tired his favorite two shirts (weekend staples) that I am buying two more new colors for Christmas.

Perfect Pullover!
I have a lot of fleece pullovers; TNF and most of the other company's too. I think this is about the closest any of them get to perfect. Neck height is right on to layer or wear alone and the medium fits like a right-on medium. I have worn it on the trail with a pack and around town. The next time they put them on sale I'll buy another one. You will not go wrong with this one.

Exceptional garment.
This is a great fleece; light weight, nice feel to the fabric and washes well.It is exceptionally comfortable.
