Little break in needed
I wore this on a hike w/little break in use. It was comfortable and very light. Not disappointed in this buy. It is a light hiker shoe as observed in the flexibility of the the sole when stepping on big rocks and the surface is not flat.

Happy with product
Very happy with shoe. Bought this pair for my wife, great all around shoe. Altrec would not let me use the 20% coupon for the last review I wrote because it was a Northface product I bought. They don't tell you that. I also chose the free shipping, it took 18 days to get the shoe this way. I ordered the shoes for my wifes trip not thinking it wold ever take this long to be delivered. The shoes were finally delivered on the day she left. Called Altrec after Two weeks after order was placed and they blamed everyone else and all they could say was sorry. If you expect your order in a timely manner don't choose the free shipping. Sorry to be so negative but that's what happened.

AWESOME
Ready to order my 5th pair of Hedgehogs! I wear daily to walk my dogs -( cross country) - they last about a year (I try to squeak out a month or two more)! Can't say enough positives about the fit and overall construction of this shoe. Always fun to order a new pair in a NEW color. Thanks NORTH FACE AND ALTREC.
