Great little pack
The North Face Women's Ray 20L Backpack is a great little backpack. It is lightweight and small yet has plenty of room for a daypack. It is perfect for me because I cycle and the pack's waiststrap is wide and holds the pack in place firmly. And the rain cover is great!

Good looking and light, but not user-friendly.
I've had the Ray 20 for less than 6 months, and already the net at the back holding the pads in broke. The materials for the net is too cheap. The water holders on either side are way too small and will not firmly hold a 500ML bottle. I took this pack in for exchange since the company and manufacturer could not come up with a solution for the defects.
