Great for any work out
The Under Armour Women's Heatgear Short Sleeve Tee is just as described; comfortable (no strangely placed seams to rub you the wrong way), compression fit with a longer torso than the previous version and the odor control is amazing. It runs a bit small, slim fit for sure.
