The Yakima Mako Saddles cradle your kayak's hull with soft, grippy pads to keep it in place during transport. This half-set is the ideal companion to the HulleyRollers (sold separately), providing a firm support once your boat is loaded. Or combine two Mako Saddle half-sets for a reliable car top kayak carrier. Connects to car rack cross bars of any shape. A pair of Yakima Mako Saddles supports one end of your boat. Combine that with a set of Hully Rollers or get two sets of Makos to fully support your boat. Soft, grippy saddle Dynaflex pads flex and hold your kayak in place without scratching it. Saddle pads flex to fit any rigid hull shape. A soft polyester pad with a self adhesive back attaches to the saddle protecting the finish on your boat. Includes one 16' Yakima padded Heavy Duty Strap fortie-down and Bow/Stern Tie Downs.
