This medium size Chair Kit fits Exped 7 and 9 mattresses (go with the Exped Large Chair Kit if you own an Exped Deluxe Mattress). There are a number of convertible camping chairs on the market for backpackers, but we like the Exped Chair Kit because it has a highly durable polyurethane coated nylon base fabric that protects your mat from moisture and abrasive rock edges. Remove the DAC aluminum poles and the entire Chair Kit folds down to store away in a compact mesh pouch.
