Movement: 3 hand Japanese quartz with seconds subdialCase: Custom 100 meter stainless steel with hardened minerial crystal raised rails and triple gasket crown. Case rating of 100 meters will allow for rain, and or water splashes up to activities such as surfing, snorkeling and spear fishing. Watch can be fully submerged up to 100 meter depth. Wash watch with soap and water after exposure to salt water or sand.Band: Custom stainless steel with brushed finish and double locking claspReplace the battery at least every two years. Dead or low batteries left in a watch may leak and destroy the movement of the watch. If you have a water resistant watch, know that the water resistance is attained using rubber or plastic seals which will deteriorate under normal conditions and reduce the water resistance of the watch. These seals should be checked by an authorized jeweler at the least every two years to ensure the rated water resistance. Do not expose your watch to extreme temperatures (over 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheight; under negative 10 degrees Celsius or 14 degrees Fahrenheight) No hot tubs or saunas. Time should stop in the hot tub or sauna regardless.Operating the light button: Push the light button down to watch the screen ignite. Do not ever press the the button or set the watch when it is submerged. Ever. Always make sure the crown is pushed in or screwed down.Setting the Time: Some watches come equipped with a screw down crown. The crown must be unscrewed by turning it counter-clockwise before you can pull the crown out. PULL the crown to so that it pops out from the frame of the watch (the stem of the crown should not be showing), TURN the crown either direction to the correct time, and PUSH the crown back in towards the frameSetting a Date Window: PULL the crown all the way out so that the stem of the crown is showing, then PUSH it back halfway so that you are still able to twist it but the stem is no longer showing. TURN the crown towards you (counter-clockwise) to the correct date. Push the crown all the way back in. NOTE: The date will automatically update every 24 hours. HINT: To make sure that the date is updated at midnight instead of noon, set the date before noon.
