To handle the bigger loads associated with gear intensive glacier climbs and winter camping trips, both the aluminum stays and hipbelt have been beefed-up for better load transfer and comfort. The 3D tensioned, breathable mesh backpanel offers superb airflow through the back contact zone, making the adventure seeker less prone to overheating. The Osprey Atmos 65 backpack carries loads of up to 35 lbs. (15.86 kgs.) with ease, and with an assortment of convenient pockets and straps, keeping all this gear organized is a cinch. Although the pack is classified as a top loader, the main compartment is also accessible through a zippered opening in the left front pocket.
