Product Description:
Ride Snowboards Women's Canvas Snowboard by Ride Snowboards

Developed by graphic artist Simone Legno and Tokidoki, Ride's freestyle-oriented Canvas snowboard gives advanced and expert female riders freeride versatility with contemporary Japanese-Italian styling. In case you're still trying to figure out where you've seen this art before, the Tokidoki style was created by the same artist who developed the artwork for the wildly successful Le Sportsac handbag collection (and if you're really know your pop culture, you already own the Tokidoki Moofia collectable milk bottle stuffed toysâ?? or maybe a watch or skateboard deck). Cool looks aside, the women's Canvas snowboard is a light and lively performance freestyle snowboard with a twin shape and transitional sidecut. Ride reinforced the Canvas with an impact-absorbing Slimewall 85A durameter sidewall. This skate-inspired board combines the vibration-dampening performance of the Slimewall with a Cleave Edge that's 50% more material than conventional steel edges, so the Canvas goes further than most ollie-oriented designs we've seen. The Canvas also features Ride's smooth Thin Construction Sidewall to smooth out the rough edges in the terrain park. Ride tapered the core and added a deeper 45-degree sidewall to complement aggressive riding styles. Some freestyle boards beef up the durability with a burly 90-degree sidewall that you find on recreational boards, but the 45-degree sidewall on the Kink snowboard offers better edge hold--especially on packed terrain--and quickly transitions for edge-to-edge performance. The Thin Construction Sidewall tapers along the snowboard's tip and tail for a lower swing weight that makes it easier to rotate while popping above the pipe. To keep the art looking spiffy through seasons of riding, Ride applied a special lightweight Membrain top sheet that protects the image long after artist Simone Legno has moved along to new colors and other spellbinding, culturally-complex designs. Beneath this work of art is Ride's successful Fusion 4000 base, a fast sintered base material that's harder and faster than the traditional extruded stuff. It's exactly what you need to take to the park with speed, stability and a creative flair for new tricks.
